& Service Learning

Students at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University are encouraged to become "community responsive physicians." While the doctor-patient relationship is the fundamental core of healing, that relationship always occurs within the context of a community. Working with the community is an important element in promoting the well-being of patients.  This section highlights the work of our students with many diverse communities.
