The Toolkit is a two CD-ROM
set created by KP to support the work of trainers and clinicians who
deliver quality care to culturally diverse populations. The
Toolkit contains cultural awareness exercises, case studies,
assessment tools, provider handbooks addressing health care issues
for specific populations and strategies for engaging community
partners. The Toolkit is a comprehensive resource for training
in cultural competence and for providing culturally competent care.
